Who It’s For: Color Guard members who are tired of dealing with nagging injuries and want to improve their fitness level.
What It Is: a weekly workout series designed to be repeated for 4 weeks. You’ll complete a Fitness Assessment on Day One, and repeat the assessment after completing the program in order to track your progress.
Goal: build strength, flexibility, and fitness to handle the dynamic demands of color guard.
